An unidentified newborn male having been found inside a white plastic bag on the roof of a house in Kotla Mubarakpur at around 8:50am on 19/9/22 following which it was taken to AIIMS Hospital New Delhi Where it was declared as brought dead at 12:33pm on the same day |
