The deceased was found by a contractror at a railway station 6 years ago in Muzaffarpur He used to work in his shouse and multiple other places to earn his living He was mentally challenged and got a seizure while working He was takent to muzaffarpur hospital where they declared him brain dead He was then brought to AIIMS for treatment but he died on the way |
