He was lying on the road with his throat slit After the investigation by IO to the spot ie Macchi Market dayabasti Old Rohtak Road an unconscious person was lying on erickshaw with old stitches present over neck He was shifted to Hindu Rao Hospital whree he wsa decalerd brought dead The body was later shifted to LNH for PM examination |
